Gurl! Boil an avocado seed (which contains 70% of the fruits nutrients) and make a "tea" AND THEN use that to steep your green tea rinse in!!!! When I say my moisture retention is through the roof chile. It has legitly changed the mashup of curl patterns on this big head of mines. I use that concentrate with some Aloe Vera & Agua for my "keep in my spray bottle @ all times"/refresher/whateva else...lol

I'm So Excited to see this video!!!! My hair is SOOOOO DRYYYY!!!!! My hair is very coarse and thick, with some previous heat damage. I think that it is high porosity, but that I'm not exactly sure. My hair also sheds a lot, but NOT half as much as it used to!! I Believe that I can learn a lot from you and that you will help me to meet my hair goals.

Hi Curly Proverbz, Yes, I want to join the hair growth challenge. I am a spanking new baby to ayurvedic hair care. Your videos have inspired me. I NEED, please, to start off with a very simple process. I watched your beginner videos. I bought the Belle bar green tea rinse and the hair oil. I have cut my hair and hope ayurveda works for me. I have a BUSY schedule but trying to do wash and go's every 2-3 days on my type 4 kinky hair. I live in NYC so I'm battling winter dryness. Tired, girl but trying to work it out! Love your channel. I have shared your videos with co-workers. Take care. Any recommendations are appreciated! 🤗

❤️ Love ❤️ Love ❤️ Love ❤️your channel! You've been one of 4 KZbinrs who have been instrumental in providing information and inspiration for my healthy hair journey (there are hundreds, maybe thousands, but I chose you 😂🤣😂). I will be joining your hair channel. It's interesting that I have already made the preparations that you mentioned as I had planned to do a growth challenge for myself in the new year, having spent the time since July, nursing my neglected, damaged hair back to the health and the thickness I know it was used to. FYI I've been using a henna gloss with heat recently, now the weather has changed in the UK and the LCO method on my low porosity hair and am able to have my hair moisturised for a whole week. This was virtually unheard of when I first started on my healthy hair journey as I struggled to retain moisture. Keep doing what you are doing and take care of you and your lovely family. ❤️❤️❤️
