TR60SN (09D) Disassembly

I have this very same transmission in my 2004 VW Touareg. I am having a hard time trying to figure out why it only shifts to 3rd Gear, never goes to 4th 5th and 6th, only revs up. Any tips? I have checked solenoid valves N88 and N89 they are working fine. Bit still cant figure out. Help!

I assume you are meaning it neutralizes in 4th, 5th and 6th. I would look at the K2 clutch and N92, N282 Solenoids.

My solenoids are fine. I am not sure what is K2. If I drive the car I can go pass the 3rd gear upwards.@@CurmudgeonTransmission

My 07 Q7 has 190K miles, it threw up all the atf, do you think by replacing the valve body I should be fine?

No, I doubt it. It is not going to cause your transmission to leak.
