Re: your Gunne Sax dress that's trailing on the ground, if you don't want to hem it, consider tucking little pieces of the skirt up into a belt at your waist (or alternately, skirt hikes: loops that hang from a belt so you can pull sections of the skirt through and it'll stay up. They're popular at Ren faires, but I got mine from Etsy)!

DOG you’ve gotta skotchguard the bottom of the gunne sax dress! The best advice my cool older waitress coworker taught me is skotchguarding any white material that you have to keep clean (like aprons!).

Idk I think we should change the narrative to reflect the diversity that still exists in outfit “repeating!” I wear my pieces over and over again, but I never wear the exact same outfit twice. In fact, it’s a fun challenge to never wear the same outfit twice (emphasis on the closed loop factor, I wouldn’t want someone to mistake it for promoting consumerism). That could stick better with our modern, dog brains that need to be constantly stimulated. One can always find novelty in antiquity!
