This will help out a lot with the young adult group I'm holding at church this Sunday! Thank you so much! The best part is, the SOAP acronym works for me with my EMS knowledge too. We use SOAP for Subjective, Objective, Assessment and Plan. This is our general assessment and charting This gets me more into my zone of comfort in the field and brings it to the group in church! 😁
