There are 5 procedures or the step the step 1 is Preparation then step 2 is Collecting step 3 is registering and processing then next is the billing which is step 4 and lastly is the Delivery which is step 5 this procedures are the one who explained in the video. After the procedure is to deliver the laundry the first one is about the DND it explains that if there's a DND sign on the door and the guest room is in the room the valet should slide a card under the door with date, time and signature next is if there's no DND sign the valet should knock on the door as a standard and proceed to announce the "Valet Service" if the guest is in the room and said that you are allow to come wish the guest as per the time then after entering the room leave the laundry on the side of the bed and after that leave the room thanking the guest and close the door and if the guest is not in the room use the key to open it and just leave the laundry and place the items and hanger it in the wardrobe also with the list leave it on the left side of the bed along the bill. The valet should know the standard of the hotel and needed to remember it to serve the guest properly.
