2 tsp mushroom seasoning
1 tsp black pepper
4 tbsp curry powder
1 tbsp cumin/ geera
1 tbsp garam masala

Well Candy, curry chicken is a Trini thing. Chicken curry is d guyanese thing😊. A bit different with d seasoning, we use lots of culantro in ours. But must say looks delish anyway. Trini in d house keep on bringing your recipes. ❤

Guyana is a big country, some say chicken curry mostly the Indians from the country side. And some of us say curried chicken mostly guyanese from the city or town area. All my life I grew up hearing curried chicken, so it depends on where we grew up but we say both chicken curry and curried chicken. At the end of the day its all the same thing.

@DiamondRubyJewel I usually find them at the Asian international store indiam section. Ground cumin is found in most grocery stores, masala can be scarce sometimes but you can find them on Amazon also, a link to my Amazon store front is in the description box, you can find them under seasonings.
