Looks so delicious! When I was in college I used to take a can of cheap 'cream of corn' add a pat of butter and some seasonings and call it my Poor College Kid Soup. This is next level and looks delicious. But I'm a sucker for anything coconut! 😁

Yes. I loved creamed corn. My father used to make a casserole with it, cut up hotdogs and topped with saltine crackers crumbs.
