I'm guessing you mean the shado beni or culantro. It's a mainstay in Trini recipes but can be hard to find depending on where you live. You can replace it with cilantro but it is worth it try and find it or even grow your own.

@@cherylfray7789 I did actually mean culantro not cilantro, they're fairly similar but culantro has a more intense flavour. The leaves are also more sturdy so when you're cooking you can add them in earlier than you do with cilantro. If you've got a good Caribbean or Asian market nearby you should be able to find it.
