It’s the same for an odd deck and the rogue card that turns you into another class at the start. Every start of game effects are broken cause they were never originally in your starting deck which sucks

Naxx heroic is the hardest of all adventures because the card quality is really low so they gave them all busted hero powers and creatively strong ways of winning

you could "fake" whizbang if you have all the cards for the current preset decks. randomize a number between 1 and 11 for class and 1 and 3 for deck. more work but at least it works.

I love how Rarran's amazing work has consistently proven just how much creativity went into designing adventures. Even 10 years after release the mechanics are so clever that they give cards and decks with otherwise inconceivable concepts at the time a run for their money. In many ways it's simplicity that stands the test of time. Flashy and crazy effects capture the mind, but well done concepts are evergreen. Thank you for the hard work Rarran ❤

I think what could be an interesting idea for a future challenge would be "uncraftables only". Only being allowed to use uncraftable cards in your deck (maybe excluding Core set cards since that'd be kinda silly if not), like the cards you're gifted by the game (like E.T.C., or all the Tavern Pass cards)

Wtf did they do to Whizbang?!? I remember for the longest time after they first introduced him in Boomsday, he'd actually give decks that kept up with whatever was meta at the time (a quick and easy way to find out what was considered meta after every expansion lol)

They reverted the Whizbang decks to Boomsday, but they didn't revert the mana cost buffs for some cards so the Genn and Baku decks just don't work. They did it so that Twist players could play Whizbang, but as usually they fucked it up for everyone
