I literally only play Whizbang in wild for the past years. Just recently whenever I play it I get SUPER outdatted decks that have no chance in wild. Idk why they did this change :c I liked playing random new decks

Whizbang is too good for free-to-play, that's the answer. Just ban Whizbang in Twist and it would be that simple. But Blizzard want money and power-creep, so they have changed him for it. I've been playing Whizbang since he was released, in time I made him even golden, so that's my internal pain too.

The Zayle Priest deck did not have Divine Spirit because it was silence priest. Eddy just kept keeping hands not knowing how to play the deck and not having a silence in it for the Ancient Watchers

Whizbang used to be adaptive but since I forgot when blizzard patched it its deck contains cards up to boomsday project only

Dang, after coming back to the game after a 3 year break, i made it to diamond 5 last season queuing with my golden whizbang. I was planning to do it again this season, and I noticed the decks were absolute garbage. This answers my question. I enjoyed playing with random decks :(

cast when drawn cards located in your deck are yours, but they're cast by themselves, not you. so it doesn't trigger any spell-trigger related minions like mana wyrms or spellburst.

whizbang is legal in twist due to the format, but not changing him would make him broken and removing him from twist would be kinda dumb bc he was such a huge part of doomsday. they should have changed him just for twist and keep him the same in wild

whizzbang is not great, they nerfed some cards that the odd and even start of game cards dont work, feels like they really dont care about it, unless they changed it but it was like this last week

Start of Game effects have never worked with him. For whatever reason, he creates your deck at Start of Game timing, meaning that cards like Genn and Baku don't actually exist in time to activate their own Start of Game effect.
