People really like Trump and the way he takes up for us. Trump is bringing about real change that people have been looking for since Ross Perot. He is a true option for people who really want an effectual and fair change in our government. Socialism does not work and besides the 10 Commandment, literal says do not covet. Why do you think you deserve what you have not earned? I am glad the Bill Gates is a billionaire. Look at how many people are living extremely well because of his efforts. People really do better when they earn their way and make their own living. People are really debilitated when they cannot work and care for their families. My son is working overseas because he cannot find a well-paying job here. It takes almost a year to get the paper set up, he does not get to go and then work out paperwork. In China, his Visa was delayed so he came home and waited for next job because the Chinese gov't would put him in jail for not having the proper paperwork. BUILD THE WALL and give the pay raise to border patrol. NEXT, I think taxpayers should vote on Congressional pay raises...I am astounded with such a deficit that they would even consider a pay raise. I just heard about their pay raise from a non-media source.

If Trump declares a national emergency, this sets a precedent. A Democratic president might in the future declare a state of emergency to fight climate change or to give women birth control rights. It's important that we not make our pet projects "emergencies" because one day, the shoe will be on the other foot...and it might be one very tight shoe for some.

I only want to ask, what about Russia, and China, where the USA with the military-diplomats at the time proposed such regimes that worked for awhile. What people want now is what is working everywhere, hybrid. My first memorable introduction to Curt Schilling was when he pitched against the Blue Jays in the 1993 World Series. The Jays got to him in Game 1, but Schilling was masterful in Game 5, shutting out Toronto. A phenomenal baseball player, definitely among the greats of all time and wholeheartedly deserves to be in Cooperstown.

As a Yankee fan I absolutely loathed Schilling... But only because he owned the Yankees from 01 through his time in Boston. He was 100 percent a generational talent and HOF'er for sure. Not many pitchers could own the Yankees like that during the Torre era. He owned us and he took great pleasure in it. I loathed him for it but I absolutely respect him. He was a very rare talent and deserves to be recognized. The leftist baseball writers need the same attitude. You don't need to love Schilling to recognize and respect his talent. If a die hard Yankees fan can get over the intense rivalry from his era to recognize him why can't baseball writers get over the intense political rivalry now and properly recognize his talent.
