I'm so glad you didn't line the sleeve up correctly and that you used a stripe fabric. It was really very interesting to see the difference and how it became a mock raglan. I am not a visual nor think ahead person and this made it very clear to me what the difference is in the shoulder line placement. Very scientific! Tky so much❤

I haven't made this hack but regarding the neckline, I prefer attaching like a band, not binding. Love this hack...will give it a try.

When I cut out anything with stripes, I match the stripes and pin through the stripe at each one to make them all match. When pinning them together, I also pin yhroughboth layers matching stripes.

Would the sleeves of the tee dress work? I have that one. I dont think I would wear the Diana dress, which is why I didn’t buy it.

I would say you can use any pattern you like - I have done this with the Staycation Dress sleeves and the result was one of my favourite shirts :-) Just make sure you follow the instruction to match the shoulder seams properly, and remember you might need to adjust the side seam as well depending on the size of the armscye
