I made this today and it’s delicious! My cake deflated a bit but other than that, the texture is soft and fluffy! The microwave custard pairs nicely with the chiffon cake, so I definitely recommend this recipe 😆

En fait on peut le réaliser avec une pate à génoise à 3 oeufs, l'astuce c'est de battre les blancs d'oeufs à part avec le sucre (50 gr) et ajouter à la fin une cuillerée de maïzena, c'est un peu la recette de ce qu'on appelle en France le pain de mie, au Japon ils mettent de l'huile car on ne doit pas trouver, facilement, du beurre, je mettrais 30 gr de beurre très mou.
