I liked how when you cut the disc on the router you went right to the edge with no scrap waste. little stuff adds up.

+Robb's Homemade Life it sure does add up. the size of the sheet and the size of the disc is so close that i only have .100" extra on the sides to get the complete disc out of. the CNC router makes short work of cutting them out. i actually have to cut up the sheets on the waterjet in to squares for the router. the only reason i can cut the discs completely on the waterjet is because the intense pressure will blister the material...guess how i found that out?

I have indeed! All videos and wheels very nice. Actually I had the same problem building bikes. Unfortunately I have to stop building them. Now I am designing some small parts at home. I hope you still have your machines! Your skills you won't ever lose! Cheers

Thank you for showing all that videos. i been following you for a while. I started to look KZbin, because of my sons. they think it was something for me. they were right. And i have been working with tools, systems and i worked as the Adviser for students with disability, at NTNU. The Norwegian Univercity. So when you get a standard wheelschair, i have to change it. yes and no. i can definitely make you custom wheels but it would be cost prohibitive to make just 2 or 3

Don't use such a solid wheel on the front of a bicycle. Any wind and you will get blown all over the road. Stick to having these types of wheels on the back only.

Oh ok,not chrome like the thumbnail photoshopped one. I knew it couldn't ever be done in chrome.

The wheels in the thumbnail are in fact chrome. It's the same material as the ones shown being cut. Comes in many different colors, including chrome
