In this video I go through the step by step process of restoring my 1979 Suzuki GS 425 fuel tank. As you can see it had some very bad rust areas inside and out! I used Evapo-Rust to eliminate all the rust and it worked amazing! Once fully sanded I sprayed the tank with House of Kolor primer/ sealer followed by nardo grey, white and seafoam base coat. Lastly, everything was sealed with 3 coats of House of Kolor clear coat. This tank now looks brand new and should compliment the rest of the bike well! Stay tuned for a full rebuild timelapse once the Suzuki is finished!
