Custom catalog and spec

Hello, very helpful video, I have an issue at 8:40, I can select my spec but for some reason my valve does not show up in the tool palette, it is empty for some reason. Any advice on what could be the issue?

I'm new to using 3D Plant AutoCAD software and right now I need to create a K65 copper pipe spec. I am using a copper cpack that I downloaded from autodesk. I need to change the dimensions from 1" to 1 1/8" or 1 1/4 to 1 3/8" and I can't do it. Any idea what I can do to change it?!

I follow all steps but when I change to spect where is valve I don't see image preview on list just text, and when try to insert into model nothing inserted just empty space, do you know how to fix it?

I cannot bring it in from toolpallete, it wont show up
