Great idea, I’ll plan on braking down the roadmap to $1million in a video, but it will likely be in a month or two before I can get around to it. 2 keys though: 1. figure out your marketing (find a way to get customers for a measurable cost and positive ROI) 2. find team members who can work independently at a high level, so you can focus on systems, marketing, and growth.
