How do you compare it to your hypernut and go foil.

Lloyd, I have never foil surfed I have done sup 10 times in the ocean, should I sup foil or prone foil, I have been surfing my whole life now 55 from 11 coming in at 300 lbs longboarding last 8 years with some gun work , thanks in advance for your time and advice
