Man I just washed most of the rubber off the back of that truck while it was on the floor at Barrett Jackson, now its covered again! Awesome! Getting the rocks and rubber out of the bed areas is a pain. The inside of the tailgate was still coved with rubber. I didn't clean that off so I bet it's real thick now! Sweet!

They are flashing because the camera reel isnt synced with the led pulse. To the human eye they are a solid color. Electricity is vibrating in essence. What you are seeing is the camera shutter speed catching the electric pulse!!!!!!
