Wow wow wow! The things that stood out the most to me was that furniture piece that served as a bar and the tv stand in the husbands office and that black sink and cabinet and that glass and metal cabinet in the bathroom. Loved how they incorporated black through out the house!

Loved this home tour! The owner knew exactly what she wanted and knew how to execute her look! The brick and the restoration hardware metal are gorgeous! The home is large but comfy cozy too! I especially loved the light fixtures! Great home, cute puppies!

Jennifer, I have learned so much from you. Your a great teacher and your love of design and importance of a home being living and breathing comes through. I have divorced and downsized drastically into an apartment. I wish you could do something on (1) small spaces (2) being in a place where you can't change carpet, maybe paint (2) tasteful organization. I know this is quite a laundry list. God bless.

I’m inspired! We moved into our home two years ago from a condo and it’s been difficult to figure out the “look” since it’s so different than anywhere I’ve ever lived. Tall ceilings and open floor plans are wonderful but it takes a whole different proportion and balance to master.

I dearly love their home. It’s gorgeous but yet very homey feeling. I love her paint choices. They all blend so well without having a jarring color change from room to room. And she hasn’t filled every available square inch of the rooms with furniture or wall decor. I also love the industrial cabinet filled with her perfumes and jewelry. I wonder if the product used to make the fireplace mantle and stove hood is heavy or fairly lIght? It’s amazing! Their home has been very well planned from the start. I really appreciate them giving us the tour. Thank you!

stardustgirl totally! My sister was watching this with me and that’s what she said.. all mixed up. We had high hopes when We saw how beautiful the outside of the home looked. I know the owners spent tons of $$$$$ and it took two years to build so they have way more $$$$ and PATIENCE than I would have! Kudos to them.

@@kitw76 There's no cohesion for me,a house should flow together harmoniously. I grew up with my Mom who taught me about interior design, and we had books everywhere, but a lot of things I learned from her don't really seem to apply, except for Scale ,it's so important to remember, it makes all the difference between looking professional or amateur! 🌷🌻🌷I'm just happy the OWNERS are inlove with their vision, they created together!💜 But it feels like an office building with the stairs, and the fireplace I'm not sure what to call it, Spanish style maybe, and the kitchen had a bit of farmhouse feel to me! I'm in process of rethinking my home at the moment adding more sophistication to my master bedroom, and redoing the paint ,it's a difficult process at time's, getting it to feel right and convey the right look! But I love bringing things to life, it's great fun!🌷🌻🌷🌻🐝💜

Agreed, too many styles mixed up. I didn’t like the angled dining room table with the fur runner, the buffet, that style doesn’t go with the and rustic country staircase, architectural features. The distressed kitchen cabinets looked like chalk paint DIY, that pine coloured ship lap ceiling. Beyond that I couldn’t watch anymore.

Ok, a mix of French Country, Scandinavian, hickory floors, cedar beams, classic traditional dining furniture, distressed farmhouse kitchen, and the brick fireplace wall looks kind of industrial loft. I don't think it gets more custom than that. Probably should have kept your safe room private.
