Also since you used thin wall copper fill pipe with hot glue or expanding foam spray so pipe won't bend or warp as easily.

If u want a better feel, fill the hydro cylinder with brake fluid and put bolt in the holes and it will be pressure in there. The amount of oil based on how hard u want it.

If your steering wheel has a L3/R3 buttons under a PS3/PS4 mode you could make a mechanical system which pushes the L3 button when you pull the handbrake

Im going to save and buy a similar NRG wheel its got a carbon fiber rim though but the spikes are the same color but a little fancier build quality is like $250 i can't wait it's so awesome ill have too but another wheel side QR and have $300 invested in it for my R12 it's gonna be sick then ill have to get a NRG shift knob and NRG handbrake tall knob

One question why didn't you bash the copper pipe to fit instead of of shaving the handbrake? it seems more logical to do that then to shave the sides.

Spoopy I did not want to take away to much material on the hand brake but it would work either way shaving it down to fit or the way I did it what ever would be your preference

Hi mate, not sure if you still reply. But how long did you wheel setup last with an aftermarket steering wheel? I've had my g29 two days, after about 3 hours of gameplay there is massive play in the column.

I used mine for Years. There is 3 screws right behind ther wheel that hold the button section to the column. Those can come alittle loose and cause a wobble. Make sure those are tight and you should be good! I had to tighten those every so often

The red and black handbrake was bought online. It was made to be put in an actual car, but he modified it for his sim rig, with the button and everything he explained in the video. You can get one like that for 15 or so dollars on Amazon.

Blair Fleming you could take a larger pipe but the handle would not fit but here’s a tip you could put a bmx or scooter grip and slide it a the end😉
