Man I was thinking about this rear kit but hesitated on getting it.. I have the front one and went in like butter.. question how do u get the trunk lid to stay up.. mine won't stay up.and mine is a almost a twin of urs ..lol

I’m glad to hear about the front. I’m going to do it when I shave my engine bay. Rear would have been much simpler if I’d just went with a r180. For the trunk. The previous owner did it. Shaved the key and put a pull handle by the driver seat. I guess he used stiffer trunk rods off a newer car. See if the old forums have a thread about it.

@3rdPedalMedia yeah I still have the R160. Out of a Subi didn't go to R180 since I'm NA with ITBs.. I'm done with the turbo stuff after my R35.. lol. I'll search the forums for the rear trunk springs.. worst case I'll keep using the prop rod I have ..lol..
