WOW! That chassis is Stunning! The colors are great together! Fantastic build. All the little touches really stand out. Too bad about the powder- “Never enough time to get it right, but always enough time to do it over,” Teamwork made this Dream Work. Love how Chris always finds a way to fix problems. Wow, just WOW! That thing pops. We all saw the amount of detail work you two put into getting that frame as close to perfection as possible and have it treated the way it was by the power coaters was heart breaking. You handled it better than I would have. It still looks awesome. Can't wait to see it on the trails. Much respect.

In art school we would call that color a "warm" grey. It picks up the cool blue tones and/or warm red tones of its surroundings. I think That is a fantastic color choice. Kudos!

Man, those powder coaters dropped the ball big time. I had a hole in the wall shop sand blast an axle, and they didn’t even want me to pick it up while it was snowing / made sure I had covered transport so it wouldn’t get surface rust. They did a great job and only charged $50.

Even with your time restrictions (if any), I would send the frame and any other parts with rough areas and have them re-done. At their expense! No question, they should do that for you.

If I was you guys I would definitely never go to that shop again for powder coat. At least they were willing to fix things. The build is absolutely insane. Like every single detail has been gone through and checked over and made convenient to the ones building. Are we going to get a cost breakdown? Just total cost really. Because I can imagine it’s way way up there!

I love that it's an LS powered LJ and everything is great but my favourite part is the frame, the way that you both took the time and engineered it to be modern, fit everything perfectly and beefed it up is one of those things that a lot of builds just dont do..

The LJ build is sick. Was great seeing the whole build of the chassis in one video. Champagne/Rose Gold are so close almost identical. The Champagne is a bit more pink vs. the Rose Gold has a bit more red leaning towards copper. Powder coat people should, as all businesses, follow DRIFT (Do It Right The First Time). Reduces hours and inventory wasted and gets better reviews.

Wow ..I knew it was gonna be nice but the final product is top notch. I have to say the rear sway bar mount/exhaust area is just awesome..those ram horn tailpipe dumps are just cool. The risky move on the color choices turned out spot on , it will look great against the Utah sandstone.
