Story 1: Okay, first of all, if the OP is allergic or sensitive to any of those cleaning products, the boss should not be making the OP doing that kind of deep cleaning. If the OP gets a bad reaction because of it, the OP could easily sue over it.... not to mention getting a visit from both the safety and health inspectors. Also, the boss should've given the OP the keys to the playground as well so that this moron could've have gone into the playground right after the OP was done cleaning. Now, as for the dad here.... talk about a complete dunce. If you see that the playground was just deep-cleaned like that, and knowing that some serious chemicals were used in it, along with no AC or ventilation, why on earth would you want your young child in there? I get that your daughter is going to be disappointed, but use your head. Keep your kid safe. If anyone has an attitude here, its this jerk, not the OP or anyone else. Story 2: OP is not a jerk at all. You're a sibling and daughter, not a baby sitter. Also 10 kids? Doesnt sound like the parents are doing very much parenting. The OP needs to stik to her guns here and be more firm. She is an adult after all.... and she did give some very reasonable alternatives. Parents are just being jerks about this. Story 3: Yeah the mother and boyfriend here are absolutely terrible and hopefully the OP and half-siblings never have to go there again. Might be tough since the OP is 15 but once they are 18, they can go zero contact. The letter the OP wrote was reasonable, but it seems like the mother just didn't care at all and just tried to deflect everything the OP said. If the mom really does love the OP, then at least TRY and do better.... lay off all the gaslighting. Hopefully the visit with the siblings goes well. Story 4: Okay, OP 100% needs to get the ring back and leave the fiance here. The badmouthing from her and the mother was bad enough, but to then get mad at you for over-hearing it is the icing on the cake here. If this conversation is any indication, then you can be sure that it would only get worse if you were to get married. Also, the OP has no reason to apologize or feel bad here... especially if the finace sees nothing wrong with what she said. Definitely need to split. Story 5: No way is the OP a jerk here, the sister is and to a lesser extent, the birth family. The OP has made it very clear that they want nothing to do with the birth family, and it really should be respected. Its totally fine that the sister wants to know them and have a relationship with them, but it should also be respected that the OP doesn't... regardless of the circumstances. Honestly, the OP should consider a restraining order against them and maybe even consider uninviting the sister to the wedding as well. Even though the OP is getting security, you can almost be sure that the sister is going to try something here. The sister is being an unreasonable jerk here.

While I don't think that the OP in the last story is the jerk, I would also not be too quick to call her biological parents that either. There are legit reasons why a family may not be able to raise kids. And OP's life may have turned out better due to being adopted, compared to what it may have been, if she wasn't given for adoption.

If it’s OK, can I comment a story because I don’t have reddit so basically this happened in school and again I’m sorry for commenting this, but I don’t have reddit so I’m commenting it but anyway this happened when I was in second grade I’m about to move onto third grade but basically I was a new kid I didn’t have friends so I tried to make some friends so after two months of going to the school I try to make friends. I asked if they want to be friends but instead they decided to start a fight. This was a 4 vs 1 and I was the 1 so I was getting punched and kicked but I somehow threw one of the kids at another one and then I was gonna give them a warning cause I don’t like to start fights I just wanted to be their friend and also when this happened, I told my mom at the end of the day and she wanted to have a meeting with the 4 kids that started the situation and it happened again and again and again, and my teacher did nothing until the end of the school year I just got hurt and I have cancer and this happened while I have cancer. I still have it but I tried to stop the fight and it just escalated so I had to fight because I couldn’t tell my teacher because she would do nothing about it for more than 10 months I got fight and when I told my mom over and over again, she kept on asking for a meeting but she didn’t do anything and also if you can’t post the story it’s OK I just want people to stop fighting
