@v.crowley not in my area. As long as you have a fenced in yard, you have made it obvious that it isn't for public use, therefore, if someone trespasses and gets injured, that is their own fault. Thankfully because my parents had a pool and had a kid get hurt doing stupid stuff after jumping the locked gate (6 ft wooden privacy fence) and breaking a leg while we weren't home

And there is nothing wrong with that I have personally picked up some amazing deals on tools at lawn sales that I have turned around and sold for a profit the diffrence is I pay the asking price. Everyone walks away happy the seller got what they want I make a bit of extra cash and whoever I sell it to gets a specialised or high quality tool for cheep without having to search 1000 lawn sales to find it.

At my old apartment, there was a swimming pool but no pool water. I didn't care to swim in the pool but found out from a client that this unfence pool had a child died of drowning in it. So the office managers decided to just drain it entirely instead of paying to put a fence around it. I have also heard from the news from another city that a child wondered off into a neighbors pool and also died from drowning. 😢

I worked at a place, we ran machines and we know how they run, we had some engineers or whatever they were come out told me to cut the material the way he had put on paper. I told him it's not going to work he told just it, I said ok but when it's done cutting he's the going back to stock and that piece I cut off the top, I wasn't. Can you guess what happened, YEP, he had to go get it, I was right and he was WRONG. We know our machines, we know how they run.
