Homemade Granola Recipe 3 cups rolled oats 1/2 cup almonds 1 tsp cinnamon 1/3 cup peanut butter 3 Tbsps coconut oil 1/3 cup maple syrup 1 tsp salt 2 tsps vanilla extract Bake at 325 F for 25 mins ~1/3 cup shredded coconut Bake at 325 F for 5 minutes ~1/2 cup chocolate chips

If you want big clusters of granola I suggest packing the granola down on the pan before you bake it! I make granola all the time and I love big pieces
