These are prone to dry rot and cracking when frozen. For securing items to backpacks it's better to use 550 paracord and a cord lock. Realize you will need to replace the bungee cord eventually and you won't be disappointed.

It's a Tactical Tailor Chest Panel. We don't carry it, just something I had laying around that worked best for displaying the shock cord.
