I was searching for a video guide on the shoulder kit for Hoodlum for months while waiting for my copy of the figure to get here and trust me, this is the only one you'll find online. It is obviously easy, but if you're wanting a better idea of the task before ordering it, this really helps. The neck is probably my next priority. My shoulders have had a slight issue staying in certain poses but they look infinitely better than the originals, which were constantly sticky and squeaky.
