The marking sticker on the platters are papers, won't they get weak and even change from white to brown as time flies? Must it be applied directly on platter surface?

They are glossy stickers not paper! They shouldn't fade unless you keep it in direct sunlight for a long time. They are used as a visual reference to mark the start of a beat - so yes you would put it on the platter directly. Notice how there is a white mark at the 12 and the 2 o'clock position on the board itself? You would use the sticker on the platter and the white mark on the board to use as a visual guide when scratching so you don't have to look at your serato all the time. Those markers are where your needle would usually land on an actual turn table

David how do you like your 7 I’m about had it with my Rane 4 platters suck and already have it’s with one of them and it’s not even a year old yet

I have owned DJ equipment from Numark, Native Instruments, and Pioneer and this is by far the best controller I have ever owned. Besides the crossfader section paint being weak, the build quality is excellent. My friend made the switch from the Rane as well and says its much better.

Q; if you need to replace the fader knobs where do you find them?
@djdavintitus3 ай бұрын
I believe planet DJ has some replacement fader caps! If you search "Pioneer DAC3233 Replacement P-Lock Fader Knob Cap" in the product search box you should find the product!

@@djdavintituswhat about faceplate for the mixer section
@djdavintitus3 ай бұрын
@@WazzyTV I'm unsure where to purchase that. I know it is a known issue that the faceplate comes unglued so that might be a fix you have to send in to Pioneer.

Is it advisable to buy a used rev7..the right edge plate is bent
@djdavintitus3 ай бұрын
Buying a used controller can always be a solid option as long as you understand the condition of the item you are buying. What do you mean by the right edge plate? Are you talking about the platter that you edge to speed up and slow down the track? If that is the case, looks like you can look up part "#DAH3368" in google and find some results for the plate to replace it.
