Depending on how a sketches preforms during dress rehearsal I assume contributes to whether or not it will make it to the episode. On top of that sometimes a sketch during the episode runs way longer than they need to. And since they can structure the episode anyway they want you just know some sketches are put closer to the end of the night forcing them to be conveniently cut out.

Not COMMON, but they do happen, especially in Brooklyn and downtown Manhattan in older buildings. If you can get rooftop access and the super doesn't call the cops it's a fun thing to do occasionally.

In my experience, they're common. When I was going out every weekend I'd probably be at a rooftop party at least once each weekend. Even if not a rooftop party, one where the aptmt had roof access and everyone migrated to the roof.

Stereo's super-exaggerated neediness and vicarious nature, is what made me love this sketch. It's because I've known people who have acted like that, to a far lesser extent obviously. But they had this weird urge to derive themselves of what others feel or say, without any self awareness of what they are actually doing, and being incapable of leading with their own feelings or thoughts. Maybe I'm just weird though, and it's really a bad sketch.
