Finally, they have fixed the video playback on the app so it works. Before it would buffer infinitely (wouldn’t play video at all), now it starts playing right away. Now they just need to fix the display mode so you can have the app in landscape mode, and get the app released internationally. I don’t know why they rushed this switch over to the app, it just isn’t ready. If they had done a little more work they could have made this a lot better experience for their audiences. Now they’ve set the bridge on fire and trying to put out the fire is way harder than if they had made sure the bridge was stable first before diverting traffic onto it.

I never got a raise at my midyear reviews, only once per year at most jobs during annual reviews. So I would have been happy with any raise at 6 months in. I think this would also depend a lot on what his starting salary is. 50 cents per hour is $1,000 per year. That's a 3.3% raise on a $30K salary ($15 per hour), which is pretty good, especially for a 6 month review. But it's only 2% on a $50K salary ($25 per hour) or 1% on a $100K salary ($50 per hour). So it really depends where he's starting in his salary.

A $0.50 raise is about what I've been getting since 2007. Because my pay rate started out on the low end of money (minimum wage in NY) - getting slim percentages each year meant the raises are about that average each year. I can't even imagine getting a $1.25/1.50 raise per year. To me that would mean a job with way better skills (w/college background) than just an office job.

Caller at 46 mins, my ex husband is the exact same thing, thinks it is the love of his life. All his retirement accts are emptied. I had to divorce him after being married 43 years to get his name off the title because the scammers had tried to start 3 loans against the house. The whole family has bought identity theft protection. He just sold his truck to give them the money from that. I am keeping him in the house because he can't afford to live on his own on just his social security. This has been going on for almost a year. We found out just recently that he has dementia. I always listen to the start of the "debt free" stage. When I hear income of $185k to $215, I skip through the whole thing. Only a total idiot can't get debt free on that income. I became debt free at 60, 4 years ago, but rarely ever made above $40k as sole provider. We spent 25 years on baby step 1 working 2 jobs. We never had a baby step 2. Piling up cash, saving for kids' college and retirement were completely out of reach. Finally, at 64, we have a wonderful life that I could have never imagined, but only after 35 years of working very hard. "Debt Free" isn't our scream. It's no more corporate stupidity. We are free!

Why not ask specific questions to find out WHY her 90k a year salary was not enough to avoid her credit card. I shop JUST as carefully with a credit card as I do with a debit card and I don't use cash - most bills are nasty dirty. Then I pay off my credit cards as soon as something posts (usually 2 days later). In addition, I put bills on my credit card and use the points for gift cards for occasions so I don't have to put those costs in the monthly budget.

I agree with you!! Money actually grow on trees but only on trees that was planted by you!! These tress are referred to as investments. How you diversify your investment portfolio matterss

Diversification is the key. My portfolio is well diversified with the help of a financial adviser. This helps me make more than +400% monthly on my investments.

I'm intrigued by this. I've searched for financial advisers online but it's kind of hard to get in touch with one. Okay if I ask you for a recommendation?

I've experimented with a few over the past years, but I've stuck with ‘’Nicole Anastasia Plumlee” for about five years now, and her performance has been consistently impressive. She’s quite known in her field, look her up.

Wow, her track record looks really good from what I found online. I'll take a chance and see how it goes. Thanks for the info
