Nah man. What works is communication and honesty. I didn't lose my virginity till I was 28 I think. Just ask questions about what she likes, pay attention to her body movements and audio cues (you'll KNOW generally when what you're doing is working). But honestly the BEST advice I can give is she comes first always and get to love foreplay. Always make sure she's satisfied before you get yours. Sometimes that will be all foreplay, sometimes you'll be in the middle of foreplay or going down on her and she'll pretty much scream for you to be inside her. And if you've already came or finished too early that's NOT the end of things. Just means it's time to put in more work. See if she has a toy (they are most definitely your best friends, don't be ashamed to use them - they actually make you better).

If I can give you some unsolicited advice: You’re gonna be not good your fist time. Probably the first few times. It’s a skill like anything else in life. My personal advice would be to have a conversation before sex so you know what they like and what their personal boundaries are.
