Staying healthy is the key…From a man’s perspective, and in my 40’s, I feel I’m better sexually now than in my 20’s. For one, I’m a healthier weight after being over 300lbs. and losing 70. Cardio will help your heart rate and stamina, plus I eat more green vegetables and fruits daily, take vitamins and natural plant base supplements, and, I cut out fast food almost completely (fast food, alcohol, and an occasional celebratory cigar is rare). I can last much longer than 4 minutes, and honestly, longer than when I was much, much younger. Experience in foreplay, and knowing what turns you both on, helps as well. This is seriously messed up. I'll go ahead and share it. My fiancee and I have pretty much maintained a twice a day "routine" for almost every week of our 3 years. It's not routine, planned, or in pursuit of a record or anything. We just love each other, and the physical act of showing it. Plus, we are f*cking great at it. Edit: sorry, my point is. Some of these stories are weird, based on my life. We both are outliers. Or amongst the slimmest percentages for some, if not most of these statistics.
