Staying healthy is the key…From a man’s perspective, and in my 40’s, I feel I’m better sexually now than in my 20’s. For one, I’m a healthier weight after being over 300lbs. and losing 70. Cardio will help your heart rate and stamina, plus I eat more green vegetables and fruits daily, take vitamins and natural plant base supplements, and, I cut out fast food almost completely (fast food, alcohol, and an occasional celebratory cigar is rare). I can last much longer than 4 minutes, and honestly, longer than when I was much, much younger. Experience in foreplay, and knowing what turns you both on, helps as well. Another biological factor is age and attractiveness. A woman I know posted a question about why older woman are not seen as attractive in movies and life, but older men are. I told her, from purely reproductive standpoint, an older a woman gets, the less value she has as a potential mate (obviously I'm talking in their 50s+). Unfortunately most men nowadays don’t have enough status to be allowed to experience it cause most women in the us require a high status man for it. Look it up in case of doubt.

33 years on this Earth and I’ve never met a woman that wants to connect unfortunately, it’s usually men that create “the vibe” as some women say. Best advice to young guys out there, build yourselves until mid/late twenties.

Great video guys 👌🏽 This one is thoughtfully timed out & particularly well constructed. Even the animations themselves were extra clever such as the flower (the man was holding) going limp at 11:00 etc All of your work is great, to be clear… Was only curious though if anyone else noticed this?

Men, do not hesitate for one moment to put a restraining order against your female partner if you feel your safety and health is in jeopardy. Placing a permanent restraining order on my female partner was absolutely the wisest protective move of my adult lifetime. My only regret is not doing it years earlier. Men, be safe!

@@howmathematicianscreatemat9226 no they are not. Women are simple then men With women you either have to be good looking or rich but with men sometimes they don't know what they want and string many women along and play games and leave women in the dark. This is seriously messed up. I'll go ahead and share it. My fiancee and I have pretty much maintained a twice a day "routine" for almost every week of our 3 years. It's not routine, planned, or in pursuit of a record or anything. We just love each other, and the physical act of showing it. Plus, we are f*cking great at it. Edit: sorry, my point is. Some of these stories are weird, based on my life. We both are outliers. Or amongst the slimmest percentages for some, if not most of these statistics.
