Getting pregnant while on birth control TERRIFIES me, I commend women who are willing and able to carry that pregnancy and be open to it with love and positivity, I think I’d be very upset and not sure what I would choose. I also think it’s easier sometimes for men to accept an unexpected pregnancy than women because we’re the ones who have to go through all of that physically. Being a dad is hard too but not in the same way that being a mom is!

I never really understood what people meant by, "Accident, but not unwanted" until it happened to me! Husband and I went off birth control October 2021 after having a miscarriage that April. It took us almost 6 months to get pregnant the first time, so we figured we had some time to live it up. Found out I was 6 weeks along right after Thanksgiving 😬😬

Probably she is been experiencing depression due to the stress and also the hormonal disorder that a pregnancy causes, my sister had that problem, even after giving birth postpartum depression was real, plus her hormonal problems due to her thyroid + ADHD + her being an empath + all her childhood scars = total mess, my niece is 4 and my sister is still in therapy and under medication, she loves my niece with all her heart but I can see the emotional struggle

My boyfriend and i were doing the pull out method for months until i was late on on my period by a month and i just thought it was normal because it happened before. But no. My mom took me to cvs to get a test and it came out with the two lines. I was stunned at first but my mom hugged me and smiled. I cried because i was scared and i did do some drinking before i found out and i was just so so worried. I quit smoking as soon as i knew. I called my boyfriend and he was silent for a bit when i told him. He was different in his emotions for a bit but he moved in with me and now we are both excited but still nervous. :)
