I agree your channel merits a whole lot more followers! I always share your videos on FB! I think you have an endearing persona, are very pretty and have a load of creativity and talent. You are a natural with wood carving in that the ease and professional results you achieve are years beyond the few years you've been doing it. Your videos always lift my spirits and leave me smiling!

As always love watching your channel Taylor as your radiant glow of that of as if a little girl who's found her passion with the beautiful work she does that shines of the heart and love in the beauty worth and love of the beautiful woman heaven has created her to be and that so beautifully shines in the work she so loves to do. I don't know which is more exciting seeing you get excited doing a new piece or watching you glow as you see it all come together as in this beautiful little bear carving that is such a cutie that you even love how amazing he turned out. Love your channel and watching you bloom so to speak into the beautiful woman that from a little girl with her first tool to now that she is creating and changing the beauty of which a piece of wood no one sees the magic you do till they see something as beautiful as this cutie little bear. Just a ray of sunshine and the beauty worth and love of the heavenly beautiful woman who's dreams are coming true in the beautiful work she does and the excitement it brings to her heart as she shares the love and work of what she does. Should have looked at this video the other day when I seen it pop up as was looking for chaps and should have know Taylor would be a great source to which I could have even saved some money. As I needed to get a pair seeing how I've been dealing with hurricanes that now three is way more than I wanted to deal with. For Idalia Debby and Helene came right on top of the area were I live but thankfully only Helene did some minor damage. But boy how I've had enough of dealing with my huge oaks and the hurricanes thin the limbs of which some are huge that I have had to address by myself. But that's part of living in Florida though three in a row is way to much if I may say. But thanks again for sharing your beautiful work Taylor as loved the German Shepard one as probably weighed a lot and cost a lot to ship which is what I would have to do. But keep safe Taylor and look forward to see what's next and the excitement it brings you to do and create the beautiful work you do. 🥰🥰🤗🤗❤❤🙏🙏

@johnprice1914Ай бұрын
@@TayMarie23 Does that happen naturally? Or is it something you carve with intent Tay?
@TayMarie23Ай бұрын
A bit of both, since all of these are truly handmade, they will always differ from one another. Even when I try to copy my own work they turn out different haha! I would rather focus on each piece individually as it's own sculpture then copy and paste. I just ask if the client if they want realism or fun whymsical and run with it!

Bear looks great and has such personality. When you said you were going to carve a dragon fly, I could not wait to see how you were going to pull that off, but you nailed it and the colors look great. Thanks for sharing the plastic and push pins. I have been using masking/painters tape and even when I am able to get it to stick, it always seems there was a spot that the paint made it through or some overspray in a place I didn't think I needed to cover. So definitely going to take this tip to the bank. Keep up the great work!

Good to see you back! Another stunner! Friendly advice - I think you were using a chain disc on your angle grinder? Please consider throwing that thing away. If you’re not sure, look up Stumpy Nubs - he’s done several videos on how insanely dangerous they are. I threw mine away. Stay safe and can’t wait to see the next one!!
@TayMarie23Ай бұрын
Nope just a flap sanding disc! Wouldn't touch one of those chain disc's with a long stick lol!

@TayMarie23Ай бұрын
Out of all my tools the angle grinder is the one and only tool that has made me bleed numerous times lol...and we are talking about sandpaper discs lol! I can't believe those chain wheels are even legal, so scary, would never recommend! The bur discs are sketchy too but I will and do use them with the guard on, definitely not a beginner tool though.

Nice bear! Has a lot of character ❤ What wood is this and how long do you dry those logs? A year or so?
@TayMarie23Ай бұрын
I don't have the space to dry logs a whole year, you would need a lot of room dedicated to that! With that said some logs do end up sitting around for a year but it's usually 3-6+ months before I use them. This is Eastern white pine, the wood I mostly carve, it's great!
