After filing the teeth with a little different tip-angle and setting them a bit wider, here's a cut through a 12" log of green Chestnut.
The rakers are set a bit with a hammer (hammer the teeth of a saw is so strange for me, I still can not do this brave enough) but I guess they need still more bending to get a really sharp edge.
But the saw works noticeably better than in the last tries - so: try after try I learn a bit more about my saw and it's getting better and better.
