Bhaiya ek question hai , side lateral, dumbbell front raise, pullover ye sab to pull movements hai to push day me kya add Kiya ja sakta hai...... Baki...set lagane me maja aaya but confusion tha ki ye only push day hai ya pull,push day plz help......

Push day hum chest and front shoulders ko performe karte hai .Ho sakta hai ki hum apne chest or shoulders ko train kar na ka liya koi Pull movements ka bhi use kar le iss koi harm nhi hai ..To ya ek push day he tha Lakin hum na apne muscle ko maximum failure tak le jana ka liya Pull movements ka use Kiya...
