Jeet Sir!!! Thanks for making this beginner series and actually I want to ask you about Belly n love handles. Yes it is for beginners one but what about the remaining cardio section, how will we do. Easy Cardio or Intense cardio for belly fat. 🎉 Hats off to you Sir, watching you it gives us Positive vibes and being more motivation from you. Jeet sir, As salamu alaikum. 😊 Mai Bangladesh se app ka small fan hun. Mai thoda bohot workout kar leta hun mera chota bhai wo Regular workout karta hai. Lekin sir, kuch din workout kar ne ke baad wrist injuries hota hai, He takes rest pain tik ho jata hai fer workout karta hai fer pain hota hai, Eaa 2 saal se chal raha hai. Koi medicine is ko thik nehi kar paya. Warm up bhi tik se karta hai. App hi solution bataiya.
