I eat vegan yogurt, 30 grams each of protein, ground turkey wheat wrap. Squats, walking , jump jack ,push up.

Let me understand that now instead of 6 you want me to have three meals and one is a protein shake? I loved your weight loss advice and I am going to add the post workout cardio and take in what you said but your products are one sold out at the moment and two I am sticking with 6 meals and not waiting till the afternoon to workout. My gym gets way too crowded so I need to workout before 8am and then eat another 4 meals throughout the day with plenty of water in the Florida heat

I eat lots of protein and some times protein shakes depending what day I like to use them but I'm trying to get lean and and strong, now I'm getting there, but I just need to put in more work and dedication and I will get there
