Hi Aseel, could you please show us the real diet of the person in question, as opposed to your version? If you're showing us healthier alternatives, you should put that on the title of the video!

Hey Aseel, Love your content. But lately your full day of eating in a celeb’s diet isn’t fun at all, since you’re trying to promote Broats & changing the meals. That just makes the actual diet of that xyz celeb feel unrelatable. Would love if you stick to the exact diet.

Anything lower than 1500 calories daily (for an adult male) is crazy. And you’d need a medical consultant along the way just to be safe

I went from 288 to 173lbs in 15 months and agree, a massive calorie deficit is the best way. I was as low as 600 calories some days and would fast 2 days a week. Your body needs to eat the fat reserves

Well you were overweight, heavily so like me. I did the same at 300 pounds. Sometimes only two protein shakes a day. Everyone called me crazy yet no one stepped in when I was eating myself to death. I read Dr Now’s book. When you’re obese, low cal is just needed to shed the blubber and recover

You are diabetic dude so you shouldn't be eating the same garbage as that kid is. That's why you can't get rid of diabetes you keep trying to eat what others are eating. I got rid of diabetes years ago by eating healthy and just working out. Organic and non GMO is where it is at.

I don't understand these videos. Obviously these bodybuilders have never eaten his brand of oats. If we literally know from the first meal that he's bullshiting, how are we supposed to believe everything else?

The 🐐 swam not less than 9 .000 meters each day; he trained 2 or 3 turns, not less than 6 hours (according the day) and not only with a aerobic demand (also anaerobic). Eating half of that you can end as a cow if you don't train at least half of the 🐐.

Food should be according to the activity performed not wonder I stopped eating and felt like I was dying but also because I was working hard asf and not eating felt fatigue and very tired, little by little I’m increasing my strength back doing strength training but my appetite still the same gradually eating a bit more and more and I’m earning pure muscle very slowly but feel better now, if you don’t do sht you don’t deserve to eat fat … if you work hard asf you should eat pretty good tbh otherwise you will burn eventually ❤

I do 1400 to 1500 calories daily. My method is that I eat (6) 225-250 calories meals. About (1) meal every 2 hours in a 12 hour window. The secret to 1200 low calorie eating is to eat (6) 200 calorie meals. Eating only 3 meals a day leaves too much time between to cheat/binge/get tired/too hungry. Try eating (6) 200 calorie nutrient dense meals, about (1) meal every 2 hours in a 12 hour window. Because of the short time between meals, you won’t have time to get hungry and will have milder craving because of the frequent eating.
