In production with those flat, bonded wheel arch joints, do they roll the flange of the quarter panel before they spot weld the other joints, or do they roll it afterwards? In Kyle’s case, he has the rest of the panel constrained by clamps and sometimes screws. Is the working time of the adhesive an issue in the shop environment, that would make this sequence necessary?

Every manufacturer must have a different procedure. Your recent video with the Malibu had you overlap the seam by 25mm. But Audi had you butt weld the seam. Which process would you prefer if the procedures were left open?

why is no one showing how they cut right at the end where the spot welds are that's the most tricky part just because you can easily cut the inner skin. guys how so you deal with that please let me know
