Great vocalist. I just heard him for the first time last week and he is amazing! I usually don't go for metal bands. Like I've told my kids, I don't like to be yelled at! Devin is very talented with his smooth transitions, I love this band! By the way, I'm 61 years old and enjoy true talent across the board!

Yeah. You gotta love that. Sometimes I feel like these vocal coachs really don't give a crap about the abilities of who they listen to. They just do it for the views. Devin desveres more attention here.

@@soldierdrumchannel5710 I've seen some of his videos. And I've watched the one he did for Devin. And he is good. One of the better reactors. But I'm also mildly offended he's only watched one of his performances. Most people after hearing Devin end up diving deeper becuase you can't help but be impressed by him.

Fun fact - Devin had just come off a nasty flu and with a tampered voice delivered an epic show here. He’s other worldly! Thanks for doing this one. If you want to have some more fun with Devin you should do Funeral/Bastard/Death of Music from the same show.

Brandon..Devy had Ryan (the drummer) had asked us (specific group of those of us in the know..lol) asking us what we wanted to hear them perform. Seeing some of the comments below.. We begged him to ask him to play the middle to end portion backside of Ocean Machine. The album has never left my playlist.. since it's release. Devy's a talented and beautiful human. Just remember he's one of the funniest and professional and talented producers/guitarist and vocalists living in our lifetime. This man, stands next to Mariah Carey in his ability to shatter glass.

Devin is definitely one of the best at singing both growls and cleans with almost no perceivable fatigue. On that note - The older material of Opeth features their older style where Mikael Åkerfelt, their vocalist, shows mastery of this as well. Their album Ghost Reveries is a great example of this. Check it out if you are so inclined.
