Could I go to a dealership just to try this cool feature out just to get a logic idea on my personal seat position is supposed to be adjusted to?

Does this mean you can no longer use fob recognition? That seemed a much better system to me as the car starts its set up before you get in. When my wife has been driving our Mazda I can't even get in behind the wheel until the seat has adjusted to my settings. I am assuming to overcome this the seat moves right back when you turn the engine off but that means if you get out at the petrol station or need something out of the back you have to wait again for the car to recognise you and reset the seat? Yes you can risk leaving the ignition on but if its stolen your insurance won't want to know and you are leaving yourself open to prosecution. I hope I have this wrong otherwise the novelty will soon wear off I think. Is there an option to use fob recognition instead.

Hi Beorn. I had the same though the day after recording this video. I'd assume you can do both, as one customer who set their seat using the new system found that he still needed to adjust his seat. I'd image that it won't be perfect for everyone so there will still be the option to set it with the key. When we get our demonstrator here I'll give it a go and let you know! - Tom
