My dad had kidney stones and the way he reduced them was having lemon water every morning (The alternative was apple cider vinegar water which is absolutely disgusting). He hasn’t had a problem since. Sorry you went through that though. Kidney Stones sound awful 😢 Take it easy and rest up, Cy!

brooo ive had kidney stones like three fricken times in two years. *NEVER* downplay the lower back pain. little tidbit tho, whatever your pain level is, ALWAYS tell them its higher cause they will give you something to help the pain and help you a lot faster. also, heat and lemon water (or lemonade) are your BEST FRIENDS. and get a strainer and KEEP THE STONE(S) cause a kidney doctor can analyze it if its big enough so that they can try to see what caused it. my dads stones were caused by starches and stuff like that, but mine have never been big enough to analyze so idk what mine were caused by.

I love how this man telling this story is so calm and the mood is just fine and all bright from such an horrific story. I've seen many stories on it and have seen some videos of people dealing with it and experimenting on getting them out and man does that not seem like an easy task at first but yeah this was a miraculous moment and Cy Yu told it in the best way making us laugh hysterically... Kidney stones suckkkkk. Absolute worse pain in my life. The first time I had one I had it for two weeks because the doctor I saw wrote it off as something else. So I was in extreme pain till two weeks later and saw a different doctor who actually checked correctly.

I told my mom this story and she had a lot of fun laughing at how you were having "contractions" with how the pain initially would come and go. When it came to the part where you walked into the hospital and the pain went away she asked if it was a guy thing ("I'm a man I can't show weakness") or if your contractions stopped temporarily lol.

I actually have Crohn’s disease and I had a surgery that was life saving but I’m just glad I’m alive and yes I think I had a ghost in my room to lamooo the sink kept going off but ya I stayed in the hospital for 2 months 😢😅
