Amphoreus is a name of Greek origin, it means a particular vase used to store valuable food and wine. Chrysos means gold in Greek, which had a prevailing role in many ancient Greek stories. One of them is the Argonauts' search for the Golden Fleece and included tons of Greek Heroes. I could see those Chrysos Heirs being inspired by them

so... herta is actually extremely old like multiple amber eras old (1 amber era can take 76 years at minimum and 240 years maximum) however herta invented re-ageing allowing her to quite literally reverse her age which is why she looks young (and why she's still alive even without being a long life species) also no Dr. ratio is not from amphoreus although we do not know the exact name of Dr. Ratio's home planet we know that his planet is already connected to the silver rail amphoreus is not connected to the silver rail yet, furthermore currently the garden of recollection is the only known faction that even know about amphoreus's existence. amphoreus and Dr. Ratio sharing the greek inspiration is just a coincidence. also the gods they referring to are most likely the "gods" of this planet (similar to how celestia and the archons are the "gods" of tayvet basically they are the rulers of amphoreus) and not the aeons, aeons are a much higher level of "gods" as far as we know they are the highest level of "gods" in the honkai universe (yes HI3rd, HSR and GI are all part of the same universe the whole multiverse thing was born from weirdly enough a recuring english mistranslation all mentions of the word universe in the english sub actually translate to world which in the honkai cosmology usually refer to a planet or a star system)

Genshin is maybe not gonna be banned for much longer cause some VA's are shown to have lines. Formosa, the recording company for genshin, still refuses to accept though, so I don't know what is happening. Some people are theorizing that mihoyo is pissed Formosa is being stubborn and is gonna switch to a different studio cause it's cutting into mihoyo's profits.

Speaking of the joke about seele, I really feel like Star Rail could use a system like FGO's Strengthening Quests or Arknights Module system. While those games definitely still have power creep, those systems have done a good job of allowing older characters (or newer characters that didnt work as well as they maybe should have, in arknights case) to remain relevent to the games meta.

Aglaea's Character is likely a reference to the greek myth of Chrysaos (or sth. like that) who was a flying ram with golden fur, also a son of poseidon. His fur was later seen as a treasure of unpresedented worth, and a group of Heros (the Argonauts or sth like that) later said out to retrieve it. I hope you look into Herta's puppet's eyes and say "I'm sorry". /j Now seriously, I love Herta's character and I'm very excited about the lore. I really want to know what's going on for Herta to just show up physically. I'm also waiting for the reactions lol Her name may sound silly but both her appearance and name make sense personally wise. She looked old once, but de-aged herself. However, as Kafka comments in one of the first lines in the whole game, Herta is most likely hundreds years old. She chose to have her puppets look like her child self, and she probably chooses to look "young and attractive" on purpose. To quote Herta herself: "Not bad! But the real me is better-" She's straight to the point and will look the way she thinks will benefit her. There's a lot about Herta that has been known since the beginning of the game. You just have to bother to read the readables. She's also saved her home planet many, many times and has been, most likely, been targeted by Polka Kakamond at least. Polks Kakamond's objective is to stop and murder any genius who is close to uncovering something groundbreaking. The attacks on The Blue (Herta's home planet) are probably not to kill the people there but instead to make Herta save them, forcing her to stop her research. I suspect that the reason Herta lives in a remote place nobody knows of is because she's aware she's a murder victim waiting to happen, which means that if she's here in the flesh something REALLY bad must be happening.

I kinda hate Harta’s pretentious and conceited personality, but how can I turn down an attractive adult herta?
