I lost my Mom suddenly 3 months ago, its tough man, and I'm sorry for your loss. I'm not going to lie to you it hasn't gotten any easier for me yet. It's true about Safari. I get daily notifications. I haven't purchased from Safari in a good while because of the high prices. Also, I've seen a ton of Surging Sparks restock at all major retailers.

It looks like the prices in safari zone went up because they restocked. Sure prices were lower before but also out of stock. Also there were a ton of good Pokémon sales at walmart and target (and GameStop two weeks ago)

Don’t fomo prismatic there will be tons of it at stores. Save your money don’t fomo. They will keep releasing it in phases throughout the year and into 2026 like 151.

If you look at those Safari Zone picture you can see previously the items were out of stock at those old prices. They didn't adjust existing prices. I agree the deals aren't great but it's not underhanded at least.

Sorry for your loss. I appreciate everything you’ve done for the Pokémon community. I enjoy watching your videos compared to others because you keep it real and don’t click bait. Also for the safari zone I stopped shopping there they are scumbags. Greed really brings out the worst in people. They are taking advantage of people but at the same time they can because its their products their rules and I can keep my money and shop elsewhere.

ill never shop at safari again. Theyre literally worse than scalpers. I appreciate what your doing calling this out but we also need some of the bigger guys in the community to call this behavior out. Also the if you dont like it dont buyt is stupidity. We have every right to also call out shitty business practices and i personallky think that new products should have to stay within 10-15% of msrp for the first year.
