Changes such as the weapons or cyberware he brought on gigs/missions or choices he made. That way, and story changes could be “speculation” of his as to how things would have happened differently. It’s a bit of a rough stretch but it’s just what’s off the top of my head.

This statement was NOT being said 3 years ago. Quite the opposite. I patiently waited, kept my mouth shut online and did not trash talk CDPR and we were rewarded. However, if you didn’t know who CDPR was and did not play the Witcher series you would have thought this dev team was incompetent upon CP2077 launch. Glad they poured their heart and souls into this project and got it to where it is today

All we can hope is the restructuring that the company went through that management lets the devs cook Witcher 4, Witcher 1 Remake, and Cyberpunk 2 well done. Devs even said the game shouldn't have been released in 2020 period. CDPR has restored some of their reputation, but there will always be cracks in their trust with consumers because of CDPR management.

I dont know if i'm the only one, but after installing the update, my key to walk (Z) is also the key to access the radio while on foot if if hold it. I tried to change the radio key mapping but it doesn't work. I basically cannot walk without opening my radioport everytime.

The Rayfield changes seemed to have caused a bug for the Aerondight. The side windows don't become transparent as they should, making the interior super dark and you obviously can't see out the side windows anymore. Has anyone else experienced this?

There is a small bug that flags certain guns as quest items. It results in that particular gun being stuck in your inventory. This happened to 3 guns on my most recent playthrough (Skippy, Dying light and The Malorian). I couldn't sell them or put them in my stash. I could still use them, but I really wanted to put them on the rack, they were literally the last 3 I needed to fill all the slots

I appreciate the little things like fixing the floating loot, adding paint customization to ray field cars & having melee finishers work again /being able to upgrade items to tier 5++ / customizing your radio options + fuck yes I’ll take some more cooldown for my cyberware Hopefully they can fix the issue of sometimes not being able to call your vehicles & one of the more important main boss fights in phantom liberty the enemy got stuck in the environment. 😢hopefully they can make the requirements for the 1:25 high score in trauma drama easier because god damn!! I want the reward badly

There's no mention in the patch notes of them fixing cyberware mod rolls. In P2.0 you could reroll the mods to get the affixes more suited to your build but w/ P2.1 they only roll the same 5 and never deviate to anything else which effectively breaks the upgrade process for cyberware in most cases.

Has anyone noticed an issue with Gig: Life’s Work after installing the patch? I did the gig and the following side job over the weekend on a different character with 0 issues, like always. Tried to do it tonight on my most recent character and I’m hitting a wall. The gig spawns, I drive there, Padre call, steal the car, return it to Jake, we talk, gig ends, Padre calls and pays me. All good. I go back to my apartment, sleep 24 hours, Jake texts me and tells me he’s left the Quadra for me at the railyard. Sweet. The quest to actually go pick the car up doesn’t activate, not in my journal at all. Reload the game, same problem. Delete my most recent saves and load one up before completing the gig. Do it all again, exact same thing happens. On a whim I just drive out to the railyard, get in the Quadra, drive around, get out. Jake doesn’t text me telling me to take care of the car. Check my owned vehicles list, Quadra isn’t there. Reset my PS5 completely (went as far as to unplug it and plug it back in 2 minutes later) load a previous save, do it all again, same problem. Has anyone else encountered this issue and if so have you found a fix for it? Normally I’d chalk it up as unfortunate and go on but it’s the Quadra and I kinda need it since it’s my favorite car in the game :/

I just want a fix for love rollercoaster. After playing the mission double life at the begining it locks you out of the quest but you can still ride the coaster... I had 655 hours in my first playthrough. Did it by staying at the end of Act 1 for a very long time. Slowly doing gigs, and some NCPD hustles. Plus lots of exploring and walking around. After Patch 1.6, started slowly advancing. Threaded back & forth between main quests and all side stuff. Then stayed on Point of No Return for a long time. Slowly went around finishing off the gigs and then there was a whole bunch of NCPD Hustles to finish. Spent a lot of time looking around for hidden stuff. Then finished it off.

For me the F key bind was the big thing I wanted fixed. I had to rollback my install because I don't play with the F key. OG gamer from back in the original Apple and Commodore days. I got the new update (Xbox Series X.) I got a lot wrong with the game. Judy never calls V anymore, and when V texts her, she's always busy. It keeps saying "Wait 2 days" but 2 days comes and goes and she's still busy. NPC's still clip through vehicles, the ground, sit or stand in the air etc., plus, there seems to be more copies of the same npc's then there were in previous updates. I think fishtailing actually got worse during the races after the 2.11 update and my fastest vehicle seems a lot slower than their slower vehicles. I did a race yesterday where a Gecko was 300 meters ahead of my Caliburn, and I couldn't catch up at Caliburn's top speed.

No, "contact patch" is correct. It's the part of the tire that actually makes contact with the road. (At 11:30) The term is used because the tire will flex and move horizontally from different loads, the rubber will change under different temps, and the road will change underneath. So there needs to be a term to refer to the part of the tire that ACTUALLY grips the road. For a cool effect, KZbin a clip of a Formula 1 car in slow motion, taking a corner. The already ultra-mega-super wide rear tyres will flatten out and spin in place, making it look like the rims are kneading dough, or popping a balloon.

I've had more bugs during my second playthrough with 2.1, then I had with my first playthrough at launch. A lot of my recent bugs have been audio. So you'll go through a mission where the audio turns to combat music. Then the combat ends and you leave and it's still playing the combat music. It's so frustrating. So to fix it, you just reload a prior save and redo it and it fixes itself.

Finishers are truly a major mechanic to making every battle feel authentic. Not that sneaking in popping a sandy throwing a blade into one chooms head while simultaneously snapping the neck of another choom pulling a kittana dodge bullets and kill 2 more chooms with there own bullets. Cyber jump onto the next level pull out your shotgun blast another choom while he slowly drops that is freakin awesome to finish it with a animation thats like 👍 👌 magnificence

Hope they fixed the HMG weapon switch bug which essentially breaks and physically vanishes the lower half of your weapon upon being dropped when scrolling to another weapon.

Not sure if it’s just with this new patch but I cannot move past character creation. Finally bought the game despite it’s age and was excited to get into it yet the game crashes anywhere between the first second it is running to the loading screen right after choosing your starting attributes. So far everything seems to be fixed in the recent patch on PS5 but they still have not patched Aguilar suit being marked a quest item after beating all the Phantom Liberty so clearly that's still an issue. And I'm glad to see they finally fixed Psalm 116 not being obtainable my original Netrunner character that I Platinum the game on PS5 with had every iconic except that one. Finally finished the display wall😊

Wow I just beat cyberpunk for the first time about a month ago. Never realized the melee finishers were broken, just thought they were kinda lame. Might replay it again now that it’s fixed.

The color change feature is cool, would be nice if i could change others though. Just make it an option on the car menu, let rayfields be the only ones that can change on the fly. But oh well. My main vehicle is the aerondight anyway.

Well, about Vehicle Contracts, right now I got new issue where the car would drive by itself without anyone behind the wheel and if I'm behind the wheel - it happed one time out of 5 contracts I completed after the 2.11 patch. Also, one time a bike that used to chase me started driving by itself after hitting the driver with BFC 9000, altho i doubt the type of weapon had to do anything with it 😂 Good thing is that i got a bike to steal, when before it used to be only cars so that's nice

It's definitely not the final patch, as they confirmed to be working on FSR3 frame generation to be added to the game in the near future, and it's not with this patch.

Did they fix the issue where Johnny doesn’t appear after Riders on the storm. You know the scene where you have to wait for him to appear before it. Loads the next day? Ever time I play that mission I have to reload, sometimes twice, before he appears, he never appears the fist time. So annoying.

how long did you wait? he doesn't appear until after panam falls asleep and you hear her snoring. can take about a minute while you just sit there on the couch.

@@PhilipReeve-f4p I’ve waited for several minutes past when she sleeps several times. Like I said it works when you reload it the second time. But I’ve done 4 play throughs of that mission and had to reload it for him to appear Every time.

I wish they would continue support of the game. It's alive and kicking and could use a lot more care. Nothing major perhaps, but just ongoing support, slowly adding features from time to time, no need to attach huge team for that. I think the game deserves it and CDPR kinda owes it to the community, imo.

They didn’t do the wall gun you get in the beginning of the game, when you get it to grade 5 it becomes permanently locked in your gear kinda disappointing they didn’t fix that
