@@Blood_Chosohonestly I can kind of see it. V reliving their memories while in mikoshi, adding changes to them in their mind like Johnny did with his. Changes such as the weapons or cyberware he brought on gigs/missions or choices he made. That way, and story changes could be “speculation” of his as to how things would have happened differently. It’s a bit of a rough stretch but it’s just what’s off the top of my head.

I had the NCART City Pass glitch happen to me in the elevator of V's Megabuilding, but instead of falling through it, I stayed in the air while the elevator went down and then fell all 8 stories or whatever to die 😅

This statement was NOT being said 3 years ago. Quite the opposite. I patiently waited, kept my mouth shut online and did not trash talk CDPR and we were rewarded. However, if you didn’t know who CDPR was and did not play the Witcher series you would have thought this dev team was incompetent upon CP2077 launch. Glad they poured their heart and souls into this project and got it to where it is today

All we can hope is the restructuring that the company went through that management lets the devs cook Witcher 4, Witcher 1 Remake, and Cyberpunk 2 well done. Devs even said the game shouldn't have been released in 2020 period. CDPR has restored some of their reputation, but there will always be cracks in their trust with consumers because of CDPR management.

I don’t mind the cap on cyberware capacity being at 450. I think that’s plenty. The problem was not getting enough cyberware shards to drop. I couldn’t get one of my characters up to even 300.

I tried drifting immediately after the patch, and it's significantly improved. I usually can't tell with the patches they do on cars, but this one, I can tell it feels way better and more responsive.

I appreciate the little things like fixing the floating loot, adding paint customization to ray field cars & having melee finishers work again /being able to upgrade items to tier 5++ / customizing your radio options + fuck yes I’ll take some more cooldown for my cyberware Hopefully they can fix the issue of sometimes not being able to call your vehicles & one of the more important main boss fights in phantom liberty the enemy got stuck in the environment. 😢hopefully they can make the requirements for the 1:25 high score in trauma drama easier because god damn!! I want the reward badly

600 hours?! How's that even possible? Even with Phantom Liberty, and after completing basically everything that I can think of, I barely have 150 hours. What else can you do in the game after this time, besides fighting the police/MAX-TAC?

I had 655 hours in my first playthrough. Did it by staying at the end of Act 1 for a very long time. Slowly doing gigs, and some NCPD hustles. Plus lots of exploring and walking around. After Patch 1.6, started slowly advancing. Threaded back & forth between main quests and all side stuff. Then stayed on Point of No Return for a long time. Slowly went around finishing off the gigs and then there was a whole bunch of NCPD Hustles to finish. Spent a lot of time looking around for hidden stuff. Then finished it off.

Finishers are truly a major mechanic to making every battle feel authentic. Not that sneaking in popping a sandy throwing a blade into one chooms head while simultaneously snapping the neck of another choom pulling a kittana dodge bullets and kill 2 more chooms with there own bullets. Cyber jump onto the next level pull out your shotgun blast another choom while he slowly drops that is freakin awesome to finish it with a animation thats like 👍 👌 magnificence

There's no mention in the patch notes of them fixing cyberware mod rolls. In P2.0 you could reroll the mods to get the affixes more suited to your build but w/ P2.1 they only roll the same 5 and never deviate to anything else which effectively breaks the upgrade process for cyberware in most cases.

No, "contact patch" is correct. It's the part of the tire that actually makes contact with the road. (At 11:30) The term is used because the tire will flex and move horizontally from different loads, the rubber will change under different temps, and the road will change underneath. So there needs to be a term to refer to the part of the tire that ACTUALLY grips the road. For a cool effect, KZbin a clip of a Formula 1 car in slow motion, taking a corner. The already ultra-mega-super wide rear tyres will flatten out and spin in place, making it look like the rims are kneading dough, or popping a balloon.

Has anyone noticed an issue with Gig: Life’s Work after installing the patch? I did the gig and the following side job over the weekend on a different character with 0 issues, like always. Tried to do it tonight on my most recent character and I’m hitting a wall. The gig spawns, I drive there, Padre call, steal the car, return it to Jake, we talk, gig ends, Padre calls and pays me. All good. I go back to my apartment, sleep 24 hours, Jake texts me and tells me he’s left the Quadra for me at the railyard. Sweet. The quest to actually go pick the car up doesn’t activate, not in my journal at all. Reload the game, same problem. Delete my most recent saves and load one up before completing the gig. Do it all again, exact same thing happens. On a whim I just drive out to the railyard, get in the Quadra, drive around, get out. Jake doesn’t text me telling me to take care of the car. Check my owned vehicles list, Quadra isn’t there. Reset my PS5 completely (went as far as to unplug it and plug it back in 2 minutes later) load a previous save, do it all again, same problem. Has anyone else encountered this issue and if so have you found a fix for it? Normally I’d chalk it up as unfortunate and go on but it’s the Quadra and I kinda need it since it’s my favorite car in the game :/

For me the F key bind was the big thing I wanted fixed. I had to rollback my install because I don't play with the F key. OG gamer from back in the original Apple and Commodore days. We used direction arrows then and I still use them today. I need my common action key bind near the arrow keys and F is nowhere near the arrow keys.

The Rayfield changes seemed to have caused a bug for the Aerondight. The side windows don't become transparent as they should, making the interior super dark and you obviously can't see out the side windows anymore. Has anyone else experienced this?

So far everything seems to be fixed in the recent patch on PS5 but they still have not patched Aguilar suit being marked a quest item after beating all the Phantom Liberty so clearly that's still an issue. And I'm glad to see they finally fixed Psalm 116 not being obtainable my original Netrunner character that I Platinum the game on PS5 with had every iconic except that one. Finally finished the display wall😊

I got the new update (Xbox Series X.) I got a lot wrong with the game. Judy never calls V anymore, and when V texts her, she's always busy. It keeps saying "Wait 2 days" but 2 days comes and goes and she's still busy. NPC's still clip through vehicles, the ground, sit or stand in the air etc., plus, there seems to be more copies of the same npc's then there were in previous updates. I think fishtailing actually got worse during the races after the 2.11 update and my fastest vehicle seems a lot slower than their slower vehicles. I did a race yesterday where a Gecko was 300 meters ahead of my Caliburn, and I couldn't catch up at Caliburn's top speed.

There is a small bug that flags certain guns as quest items. It results in that particular gun being stuck in your inventory. This happened to 3 guns on my most recent playthrough (Skippy, Dying light and The Malorian). I couldn't sell them or put them in my stash. I could still use them, but I really wanted to put them on the rack, they were literally the last 3 I needed to fill all the slots

I dont know if i'm the only one, but after installing the update, my key to walk (Z) is also the key to access the radio while on foot if if hold it. I tried to change the radio key mapping but it doesn't work. I basically cannot walk without opening my radioport everytime.

I've had more bugs during my second playthrough with 2.1, then I had with my first playthrough at launch. A lot of my recent bugs have been audio. So you'll go through a mission where the audio turns to combat music. Then the combat ends and you leave and it's still playing the combat music. It's so frustrating. So to fix it, you just reload a prior save and redo it and it fixes itself.

Cogito lattice was a cornerstone, but I really dislike the playstyle of anything that pauses or slows down time (including quickhacks, sandy, etc... almost never run with them, I like time to flow for maximum immersion). It never said "you need to be running a netdeck to make this work" before and I had a moment of feeling I was a bit clever for going "ahhh... holy hell, could this work without one?" and testing it and finding that it DID work, I honestly couldn't guess if it was intended behaviour or not, like I'd go about 50/50 either way y'know? Like do they expect me to be clever with the game mechanics or don't they? Guess this fix confirms it wasn't, and they don't. Ah well, game is tons of fun and there are loads of builds and mine isn't exactly optimal anyway (running the SOR just for that delicious metallic chonk sound it makes while firing) so I might see if maxing armor is still good enough anyway... or I might see if I can do something else with it. I like maxing speed too, so maybe I'll lean on that side now. Groovy either way. I mean I COULD reload an earlier save and find the deck with the least RAM and worst RAM recovery possible back when shops still sold common items to try and replicate the lattice being always-on, but that's gonna still mean pausing the action to quickhack at least one thing every now and then isn't it? So okay, it was always intended as only a backup feature for people heavily into doing that (which is fair). Just gonna take a bit of getting used to, is all! Ha. My style is definitely more the kind to run in, bash 'em in the face and start blasting and grenading before they even know what's going on. Doing everything exactly "wrong" (not even taking any cool perks for my weapon since they barely do anything to support that playstyle anyway lol... it's all long-range aimed boosting when I'm about close-quarters hipfire blasting... yeah I know, shotguns schmotguns... done that playthrough already [with the Palica back when it was difficult to find - lovely thing!]). Wish I could recolour my beloved little "designed by a child" dogtown truck to something besides red. I mean sure Rayfield might've developed a special technology for their hypercar enthusiasts, but does this world not have ordinary car paint?? Will still be fun on the Rayfields though, even as much as sports cars aren't my thing. Still wish I could own one of those toxic disposal trucks lol, still the cutest vehicle in the game. Wanna do races with that! Can they put in an ordinary vehicle vendor please? Even if it's just a couple of spots in the garage I'd still be over the moon about it. Game's given me so much though, I'm nitpicking the hell out of it haha. Ah. So my V suddenly got a lot more fragile, meh... I can still do it. Time for the Jenkins tendons I think! Lean into the no-dash fastness (dash is fun for a bit but feels too time-bending for me).

Hope they fixed the HMG weapon switch bug which essentially breaks and physically vanishes the lower half of your weapon upon being dropped when scrolling to another weapon.

Gonna focus on other rpg games or games I like in general with of course still following cyberpunk new mods and lore, witcher 3 is getting new modding tools this year so gonna follow up on that as well. Dragons Dogma 2 is planned with Stalker 2 as well, and then see what also comes out.

And, fools out here tried giving me a hard time when I spoke of possibility for additional smaller updates. Who’s laughing now? HA! I like the feature that gives ability to change color of the Rayfield make vehicles. That’s just opening up a new door to expand upon even more customization for vehicles. Wish they didn’t nerf frequency of random gang attacks on V. The more action we get, the better. Hopefully, it’s not too bad. Looking forward to jumping back into Cyberpunk. I own the PS5 ultimate edition & I got to say I'm loving how smooth, tweaked, & polish the game became compared to the broken PS4 version. My game didn't crash not one time ...this game filled major cowboy boots. This game surpass GTA 5. I hear later this year CDProjektRed working on the sequel "Cyberpunk Orion". If it's going to be like this but with more features, more open world, & even better story. I'm already buying it on day one...... 🕹️🎮🤔🕹️🎮🤔🕹️🎮

I just want a fix for love rollercoaster. After playing the mission double life at the begining it locks you out of the quest but you can still ride the coaster... I don't know why it would lock you out of it that early as for role playing purposes V would not want to talk to silver hand all buddy buddy at that point in the game

When following cyberpunk story. How many years did it took them to fix the game? Crazy. Then people compare cyberpunk 2.1 with other games newly released. Wtf. Do people forgot how big of a mess this game was? I am not cheering with the devs. Game is fine now but how many years did it take? Dude, no fix for non-lootable corpses. As a side effect of that bug: probably still not getting all cyberware shards available in the game, hence, still stuck at around 250 capacity. SMH

Well they finally fixed the H10 apartment door not closing automatically after you complete The Heist. That was a problem since 2.0. I was thinking they did that on purpose so your cat could wander around the building. Hopefully they also fixed the door to the stash room which wouldn't open automatically. Since they removed the armor rating from clothing, the tier level doesn't serve any purpose. It turns your stash into a kaleioscope of white, green, blue, purple and orange. Just make all clothing white except for the unique outfits. With hundreds of items, it makes it difficult to find stuff. While they're at it, how about more outfit slots? Six seems skimpy and I like to use those for the unique outfits. Fifteen or twenty seems more reasonable. I'd be happy with twelve. I wonder if they fixed Aguilar's suit remaining flagged as a quest item even after you finished Run This Town. I was hoping for the ability to remove mods from weapons instead of just replacing them. Oh, well.

I could less what updates there are for PC and wish concentrators stop assuming everyone is on PC. I came to see why I havs to download 40g for an update. This game is starting to become like COD with the size of these update and the amount of data it takes up. The amount of updates this game has had while appreciating it goes to shows you the development cycle that is needed to pull a game off of this size. 7 to 11 years is about what it takes to get a game running without having so many bugs. So now I can understand why GTA takes so long and even given the that amount of time does not guarantee the game will run smooth.

I still have a problem with animations. Finishers do work now, but drawing a weapon the "cool" way still is broken. The cool way stops working after doing a takedown... Oh. I'm on XBX

Fix the weird ghosting that is everywhere. I don't even use FSR or DLSS, I play on native resolution without any upscaling options and I get ghosting all over the place. Behind my car, at my hands while reloading guns and more. P.S : I use a GTX 1660 TI

Be nice of they fixed the Ken Block car not spawning. Bugged and won't spawn for me 😢 The loot box with the key is there but no car 😂
