In case anyone else has trouble finding two together like i did: There are two cops on the same floor as the fast travel for the Megabuilding 10 Atrium (V's Apartment).

OMG thanks for this, I was losing my mind, going around town to kill enemies with my rifles and not succeeding with this trophy, and then when I watched your video, I didn't realize Nekomata could do a charged R2 shot 🤯 I've been using Nekomata this entire time but with only the regular R2s. Popped this trophy immediately after using a charged shot, great vid 🙌

Just a side note, but if an enemy has a helmet on, the bullet will not go through to the next target.

@joselp1989 you need two weak beginner level enemies. The cops without helmets work

I've tried over and over on enemies without helmets (with Overwatch), didn't work, is that a thing? Doesn't work on the cops either, so I'm guessing it must be some issue with the weapon. Just tried on the cops like in the video and it didn't work, so I'm getting the Nekomata and will try it with that one. EDIT: It did work, so I guess it's really only charged sniper rifles that can do this.

Damn, try to get that achievement for a while now. I went to the same store, it doesn't have any rifles. I do have Nekomata from another store, but that didn't work either

It has to hit hard… use the same sniper as me

Couldn't succeed with the Nekomata or the Rasetsu with these exact cops on easy difficulty. I reset my stats, fully upgraded my sniper tree, tech tree and still nothing. 2nd cop always survived with 50% hp rem. Tried boosting my dmg/crti chance with a hit of black lace: same result. It wasn't until I fully upgraded the Rasetsu that I succeeded. Very confused why it was so hard for me. Perhaps cause I was max level? Seemed so straightforward.

Hey I just got it, I saw 2 officers no helmets standing by a car, and then I did a charged shot. So hold down on the trigger and it killed both of them. I wish you luck.
