If money wasn’t an issue I would relocate the shed somewhere in the back of the house, widen the garage all the way to where the shed currently is and make it a proper dual garage… and yes, take down the office and the little closet next to it. Have fun with the project!

John: when the new floor gets applied; suggestion is that you use plastic kickstand pucks so not to scar the finish. I use them in my garage for my 2020 SGS.

You may want to keep an eye out for condensation on the inside of the storage box. cooler nights and warmer days could be an issue. We had that problem in a conex we had where I worked.

John looks like you’re going to need two for all your stuff and bikes buddy. lol I just redid my garage last yr and I had to get a 20 ft container. Plus my inclosed trailer. U never think u have that much stuff until you start doing something like what you’re doing. But u certainly are doing it the right way. I’ll send a few pictures of mine. It turned out awesome. Maybe a better idea might have been build the garage under ground under the house. Current garage could be turned into another room. New garage you could have 4 car bay, spot for 10 bikes, workshop spot with lift and tools ETC to work on them then a dedicated studio to do your filming. I'm sure with sponsors you could get it down with no cost to you.
