Great video. I love that you explained how much power making breakfast used and how many times you could do that without charging, and how long it would take to recharge for what was used. Things like that are what I need to see and understand so I can figure out what size/type of system to shoot for once I decide what things I will want to run off of it. So what is the difference between a regular and the mini besides size?

Not much really. The mini's generally have no excess airspace or foam to protect the battery cells on the inside from vibrations and dropping etc. Some of the really small mini's use pouch cells as well, and depending on who you ask, this can be a good or bad thing, but in my opinion is sort of an unknown that we will learn more about longevity over time because its rather new.
